Refunds & Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please email our customer support team at care@funclab.com.
  • Upon confirmation of your cancellation request, your order will be cancelled and any applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

We at FUNC LAB HEALTH N WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED do not accept returns or process refunds except in the following cases:

  1. Product damaged during transit
  2. Physical defects in the product
  3. Incorrect product shipped

In such cases, please email us at care@funclab.com with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Important conditions for returns:

  • The product must be unused and the seal must be intact.
  • The serial number and packaging must be unaltered and in its original condition.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will validate the claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be processed as per your preference.
  • Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Refund timelines:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, bank, etc.) within 7 working days of return approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of approval.

INSURANCE

All products are covered by transit insurance, which remains valid only until the delivery is accepted by the customer. Once the product is accepted upon delivery, the insurance coverage ceases.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURN

We work with reliable and efficient logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery. However, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, our customer support team will proactively reach out with timely updates and resolutions.
