Shipping Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place an order with FUNC LAB HEALTH N WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment but does not confirm acceptance of your order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation email and/or mobile notification will be sent to you. Your order will only be processed after you confirm the order through the provided email or mobile prompt.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

• All products ordered may not be dispatched together. Dispatch will depend on product availability and warehouse location.
• We aim to process and dispatch most orders within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• All products undergo quality inspection and secure packaging before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your order promptly. If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen logistical challenges.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping is available on all orders with a total billing value of INR 1,999 or above.
• For orders below INR 1,999, a flat shipping fee of INR 75 will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
